Leadership Development

Each year the Ticktocker classes are presented with a variety of different leadership opportunities. Beginning in 7th grade the Tictockers explore meeting etiquette, babysitting techniques and friendship. In 8th grade they learn cooking skills and to communicate more effectively. As 9th graders, the girls explore their leadership styles, learn to lead their meetings and work together through team building. The 10th grade Ticktockers learn stress management techniques and practice time management skills. In 11th grade the Ticktockers mentor younger Ticktockers and practice personal money management and budgeting. Lastly, the senior class focuses on preparing for college life and independent living.

Each Ticktocker class has Board Officers and Committee Members.
